Free and Plus
Free membership provides flight alerts for domestic travel within New Zealand. Plus includes domestic and international flight alerts departing from New Zealand.
Pricing and renewal
Plus costs NZ$9 per month, billed monthly, or NZ$90 charged upfront for 12 months, billed annually. Annual membership saves NZ$18 compared with 12 monthly payments and is equivalent to NZ$7.50 per month, billed annually.
Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Cancel future renewals through your account’s billing portal. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds and support
NZFlightWatch offers a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of your first Plus membership purchase, whether monthly or annual. This first-purchase offer is available once per customer.
If your membership renews accidentally, contact us within 7 days of the renewal for a full refund of that renewal payment. An approved full refund ends the refunded Plus period and cancels future renewals; your account returns to Free.
Outside these change-of-mind windows, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the period paid for. We do not ordinarily provide partial refunds for unused time solely because you change your mind. Duplicate charges and service problems are reviewed separately.
If our service does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, we will provide the remedy required by New Zealand law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. The change-of-mind deadlines do not limit those rights.
To request a refund or report a problem, email the NZFlightWatch team from your account email address with the payment date and issue. Do not send card details or sign-in codes. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your bank determines when the funds appear. Flight ticket refunds are handled by the airline or booking provider.
Flight deals and booking
NZFlightWatch provides notifications, not flight bookings. Members book and pay the airline or travel provider directly. Fare prices and availability can change. Check all dates, baggage rules, restrictions, and final prices with the provider before purchase.
Sample fares and service availability
Sample fares are demonstrations and are not live or bookable offers. Alert frequency depends on matching published deals. No particular number of alerts or level of savings is guaranteed.
